- Perform social assessment for the identification of social cases among hospitalized or outpatients
- Undertake the necessary steps to prevent chronic patients loss to follow up
- Ensure the social accompaniment of chronic cases
- Coordinate the health education program in the hospital
- Participate in supervision of health centers social programs
